Testosterone levels in 40 year old men are down 30% since 1987-Lethargy, weight gain, depression are some of the results.
Bottom line, when men fail, all suffer.
What is to be done? I have founded Hill Cities years ago with a belief that men are in an identity crisis. They do not have a clear image of who are what they are. The role they are to play in the family and community. There are lots of reasons, but we believe the core is spiritual. That mankind was created for intimacy of relationship with God and others.
Relationship with God was broken through sin. Man’s inner light and life went out and man fell into darkness. In God’s love He promised someone would come to restore relationship with Him. This anointed person would take the weight of our sin and spiritual death upon Himself and pay for our breaking God’s laws.
God sent a man, Jesus Christ to die on a cross 2000 years ago and shed His blood for our forgiveness and restoration.
Now a restored spiritual relationship with the Father of our spirits is available in Jesus Christ. How? By believing in our hearts what He did bearing our sins. That He was raised from the dead victorious over death and we agree that He is Lord.
Jesus Christ came to bring healing to the soul, spirit. It is our conviction that building this relationship with Jesus Christ through His Living Word and the fellowship of others who believe will bring true restoration to those who trust the Father in Heaven who has demonstrated His love for them.
Hill Cities is addressing this process directly.
Hill Cities creates spiritual discussion groups for men who want to go deeper and experience true healing in their soul. We develop interactive materials to facilitate this process based on God’s Word, the Bible. We are in the process of producing supporting social media tools.
