“The Gathering provides a unique opportunity for business people to seek God’s direction for applying their gifts, skills and talents in their workplaces. I highly value my involvement.”

I can’t say enough good things about the way Jeff Hagen served me and my team. I lead the IT team for NACR. Our team was on a transformational journey! We have had to work through challenges of significant conflict and alignment. Jeff encouraged me and elevated me in the eyes of my teammates at every opportunity. Jeff started us on a journey by first auditing our values and my leadership. He used this information to facilitate very lively and enlightening discussions that brought clarity to our core business and mission statements. Jeff helped us work through belief structures that limited our creativity and value to the organization and helped us develop a vision and supporting values that will take our company to another level! I give Jeff Hagen and Hill Cities a 100 % endorsement to any organization that is serious about transforming their culture. Jeff Hagen is a true servant leader.

Dear Brothers, I wanted to thank Jeff for leading today and for all of those that participated in the study and discussion today. I was driving so was unable to fully engage but I wanted to say how profound it was to listen to. I’m not sure how others were impacted, but I heard things that I had never connected before and in ways that deeply encouraged my heart, mind and soul. The true power of memorized scripture to add clarity and how the Spirit brings things into focus and understanding. This was food and nourishment that truly renewed me and allowed me to have a wonderful and deep gratitude for the Lord all day. I will share with you what else happened as a result of this ……. so tune in next Thursday. Thanks again and I look forward to next week! May His endless Grace and Joy be upon You!

It says in the Bible (in so many words) that whoever delves into the Word and is receptive to the Spirit, abides in Christ, Christ will abide in him. The daily obligations, routines and simply drift of life always seemed to pull me away from “abiding” in Christ. I tried under my own power to engage in bible devotions on my phone which helped but it wasn’t enough. Small groups at church just didn’t go deep enough to cure my hunger for the Word. I would have momentary interactions with other Christians which would be encouraging, even enlighting but then the mundaneness of life would return. And then I found Hill Cities. Now I love my Thursday mornings now at 7 a.m.! I am not a morning person but ever since I attended my first Hill Cities bible study five months ago I have not missed except for once while on vacation. My hunger for the Word is being met head on! And the guys who contribute to the discussion ask such good questions and have illuminating perspectives. This one little study is acting as a catalyst to “being a light” with the rest of my life on a more consistent basis. I’m so glad Hill Cities came into my life. I really mean it!

I first met Jeff Hagen back in the spring of 2018 at a men’s retreat. He was referred to me through a mentor/friend in the market place ministry.
After spending time with him and listening to his heart and thoughts for men and Faith, I pursued him as someone I can walk alongside with, grow and spend quality time with other men.
I have been a part of Hill City now for coming op on two years and look forward always to learn, grow, walk alongside and pray for men to do the same.
Encouragement, prayer, brotherhood and the remnant of the body, fit right into what we do in our Hill City group.
The Narrow Gate is the shortest distance and the soil we excavate and build for His purpose has been very fertile for me and encourage men who are looking to go deeper, we welcome them.
Recently, I have been on a journey that Hill City has opened doors to the Father and has allowed me to move closer to His True Heart and my earthly father.
“For I’m so ashamed. I feel such pain and anguish within me. I can’t get away from the sting of my sin against you, Lord! Everything I did, I did right in front of you, for you saw it all. Against you, and you above all, have I sinned. Everything you say to me is infallibly true and your judgment conquers me”. Psalms 51
